Gaia - TV spot for NBC

This is one of the most recent  tv spots I shot with the creative folks over at Mother New York for Dallas/Fort Worth's NBC affiliate. This campaign was different in that it focuses on real people with small businesses in DFW. I loved meeting all these interesting subjects and helping to tell their stories.

Stephan Pyles For NBC DFW

© Nick Prendergast

Now that the new 'I Am DFW' TV spots I shot back in May are starting to air, I thought I'd share some of the portraits from the series as well. This is a shot of famed chef and restauranteur Stephan Pyles, who is widely credited with pioneering the Southwest Cuisine movement. He was a pleasure to shoot, and an absolute pro. Thanks to Chef Pyles and Creative Agency Mother NY!

PromaxBDA Award Nomination!

I shot this TV spot for NBC DFW sports anchor New Scruggs with the creative folks over at Mother New York. We just found out yesterday that it has been nominated for a PromaxBDA Award!

From their website: The PromaxBDA Awards is the only competition dedicated to recognizing excellence in Marketing, Design and Creative content in the entertainment industry.

Keep your fingers crossed for the awesome team over at Mother New York to take home the 'Muse' statuette!

Another Billboard!

Bumped into another billboard I shot for NBC DFW yesterday. Made for a nice little birthday surprise.

My First Billboard!

It is an exciting moment in any photographers career to see their first billboard in person. This is the print side of  the NBC DFW ad campaign I've been shooting with the agency Mother New York. I also happened upon one of the video spots while at the gym last night. I'm happy to see the network is pushing the campaign!
