Now that the new 'I Am DFW' TV spots I shot back in May are starting to air, I thought I'd share some of the portraits from the series as well. This is a shot of famed chef and restauranteur Stephan Pyles, who is widely credited with pioneering the Southwest Cuisine movement. He was a pleasure to shoot, and an absolute pro.
